Onboarding & Trial Start Date: Onboarding or setting up your account takes up to 2 weeks. The 30-day trial period will begin from the date your system is ready to go live, not from the signup date.

Offer Validity: The trial offer is valid until 31 May 2025

Trial Duration: Once your system is ready, your 30-day trial will begin.

First-Come, First-Serve: Clients will be onboarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. To expedite the process, we require you to complete and submit the onboarding form as soon as possible. The sooner we receive it, the sooner we can start your setup.

Additional Minimal Charges: Practice Grow AI PLUS covers the core transactional features like unlimited WhatsApps. There are minimal additional charges for certain features and services. Historically with clients $10 lasts about +3 months for transactional communication with clients.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations before the end of the trial will not be eligible for a refund. To receive a 100% refund, your trial must result in sales of <R1999 within the 30-day period. If the sales threshold is met, no refund will be issued.

Required Documents and Materials: To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we require your company logo and database. Please be assured that all data, including your databases, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will remain 100% secure.

Refund Eligibility: The 100% refund is only applicable if you cancel at the end of the 30-day trial, and your system has not generated R1999 or more in sales.

The 100% refund is only applicable to businesses with databases of more than a 1000 people, with either valid emails or WhatsApp numbers. If your database is smaller you can still order the product but will not be eligible for the discount.

The 100% refund is only applicable if the staff complies with the simple, easy to operate system. Completing 30 second forms is essential for sales conversions. All can be tracked on the system.
